Guizhou Echo | 侗族“粮文化”静候你来看！禾浪正荡漾，糯香四处飘！
糯禾之于贵州东南，恰如水稻之于南方，是一种独特偏爱的同时，也已渐渐变为了对当地的一种象征。
Glutinous rice has become a symbol in the southeast of Guizhou, likes rice in the southern part of China.
而独特的“粮文化”则真正体现出糯禾已经完全渗入侗族人生活的方方面面，成为密不可分的一部分。
The "rice culture" of the Dong people has penetrated into their daily life as a part cannot be separated.
粒粒可口的香禾糯
贵州人对糯食的喜爱由来已久，但对于从江的侗族人来说，糯米更是他们的钟情之物。飘香四溢的当地酒、香飘八方的糯米饭，都脱离不了当地特有的“香禾糯”。
People in Guizhou, especially the Dong people in Congjiang like to eat glutinous food. Local rice wine and glutinous rice must be produced by the special "Kam Sweet Rice”.
这种侗族人在长期生活中培育出的糯禾，结成的糯米蒸熟后饱含独特香气，与他地糯米迥然不同。
This kind of glutinous rice has been cultivated for a long time by the Dong people. It is different from other kinds of rice, which has a unique aroma after cooked.
热气腾腾的糯米饭，是当地农人回家后最大的慰藉。抓一团油亮的糯米饭，就着当地的特色美食，便是一顿丰盛的餐食。
A bowl of delicious glutinous rice is the best reward for a local farmer after going home. Eating glutinous rice with some local cuisine can be a daily but rich meal for them.
别具一格的禾晾架
当糯禾在深秋时节成熟，农人便会将它们收割，用一种特殊的手法，将禾杆相对，捆扎起来放置在肩上的担子上，糯禾束便来到了它的下一站——禾晾架。
After ripening of glutinous rice in late autumn, farmers always bundle them by rice straws in a special method, and transport them to drying rice racks in the side of the house by shoulders.
禾晾架形似牌坊，采用木杆搭建，顶部是由树皮覆盖其上的檐盖。通常会建立在寨边或是溪流边，糯禾“不脱粒，不入仓”，先由侗族居民收割，再将一捆捆的禾糯挂到禾晾架上晾晒风干。
The shape of drying rice racks is like a memorial archway, which is built with wooden sticks,and its ceiling is made by barks. The drying rice rack is generally set by the river or near the village. The glutinous rice does not need to be removed shell and put in granaries at once, and air drying is necessary firstly.
每到深秋时分，禾晾架上晾满糯禾束，显得分外壮观，被当地人称之为“禾浪”。众多禾晾架绵延百米，构成雅致的田园风光。
During late autumn, drying rice racks will be covered with ears of rice, which looks very spectacular. The locals call this scene as "wave of rice". The mass drying rice racks look like hundreds of meters long, which forming a unique rural scenery.
充满奇思的粮仓
待到糯禾晾干时，便会由各家各户收归自家粮仓，当地粮仓与住房一样，采用吊脚楼的形式修建，或建在水上，或建在坡间。
After the rice becomes dry, it will be collected by locals to their granaries. The local houses and granaries are built in the form of stilted buildings on the riversides or hillsides.
远远望去，十几座甚至几十座粮仓成行成列地建设在一起，形成了一个庞大的粮仓群。
From a distance, there will be many granaries together to form a huge building group.
之所以如此建设，是侗族人独特的智慧。每间粮仓单独矗立，远离地面、水面，一来可以避免鼠患，二来防止存放的粮食回潮，三来又可以避免火灾，或是在火灾之时减少损失。
This way of construction originated from the unique wisdom of the Dong people, which can prevent many problems, like rats, fire disaster, mildew and flood.
糯香散满整个侗寨，
对于侗族人来说便是最幸福的事情。
